Light Roast  

The lightest roast coffee bean, light brown, there will be no oil on the surface of these beans,
selections of light roast are Light City, Half City, Cinnamon Roast, and New England Roast

Medium Roast  

The most common roast, it has a mild bittersweet flavor and a more rounded taste is a medium brown with a stronger flavor and a non-oily surface. selections of medium roast are Regular Roast, American Roast, Breakfast Roast, City Roast

Dark Roast

This roast produces shiny black beans with an oily surface and a pronounced bitterness.
